Pleasantview Care Center has proudly served Parma area residents for over 35 years. This family owned and operated health care facility offers rehabilitation services, skilled nursing care and long term stays, as well as respite and hospice services. The facility is Medicare and Medicaid certified. Most recently we had an outstanding Ohio Department of Health Survey with exceptional outcomes in quality care and services.
Located on the same health care campus is our assisted living facility which offers 61 apartment style suites for individuals who prefer or require some supervision and assistance in their daily living routines. Our staff is available to help residents maintain independence yet give supportive assistance when necessary.
