Parma-Ridge Branch Library is part of the 27 branch Cuyahoga County Public Library system. The building near the corner of Snow and Ridge was built in 1952. The 14,109 square foot building holds over 56,300 books, 17,300 videos/dvds/cd's, 4,400 magazines and has 14 public computers with internet, word processing and printing capabilities. A new Technology Learning Center (TLC) with computer workstations is used for free training in internet, word, excel, powerpoint, and web searching. The K-6 Homework center will also utilize the TLC during the school year. A conference room is available for non-profit groups to use for meetings and programs. Free programs for children, teens and adults is offered throughout the year. In 2005 over 146,300 customers came into the branch to use library materials, computers or attend programs.
