Cox Communications is pleased to announce the Parma, Parma Heights and Seven Hills State of the City Address is available starting April 16 on On DEMAND, Cox Channel 1. On DEMAND is FREE to all Cox Digital Cable subscribers and all Local On DEMAND programming is available at no charge. The State of the City Address will air for two months On DEMAND.
